Online Purchases Refund Policy
We hope you love your purchase from Corrick Woodworking. However, if you would like to return it, we are offer returns on all orders subject to adherence to these terms.
If you have received something and it doesn’t suit or isn’t what you expected, no problem! You have 14 days from the date of delivery to have to the item returned to us for refund.
Please email corrickwoodworking@gmail.com to initiate the returns process.
The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The original packaging must also be returned.
Return of items (unless faulty) must be paid by you and we recommend you do so via registered post and keep a record of the tracking number to ensure it gets to us as occasionally things can go missing on route. Once your return is received with us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item and process the refund within 5 working days.
All items will undergo further quality control upon return. Refunds are only available after the items have passed quality control. If for any reason your item does not pass quality control we will contact you. When the return passes quality control a refund will be issued for the price of the dress. The price of postage and packaging and any relevant admin fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

As most items are made to order in our workshop please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of your order.
